About the Role: Manager – RTO
As the Manager – RTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing operations related to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your expertise in SAP will be crucial for streamlining processes, maintaining records, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- RTO Management: Oversee and manage all RTO-related tasks, including vehicle registrations, permits, renewals, and compliance with transport laws.
- Documentation: Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- SAP Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of SAP systems to manage data efficiently, generate reports, and support operational needs.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams, government authorities, and external agencies to ensure seamless operations.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any RTO-related issues that may arise promptly and effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on RTO operations and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, we’re seeking a candidate with:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in RTO operations, ideally within the infrastructure or related industries.
- SAP Proficiency: Strong expertise in SAP systems, with the ability to use the platform to optimise processes and maintain records.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination and collaboration.

This role is based at our Head Office in Gandhinagar, the administrative hub of Gujarat and a vibrant city with excellent connectivity and amenities.
