Key Responsibilities:
As a Deputy General Manager (DGM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the Planning & QS Department, you’ll be at the heart of project execution. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing detailed project plans: From railway tracks to highways, you’ll be tasked with creating precise schedules and timelines that ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Using advanced project management software: Tools like Primavera and MS Project will be your best friends as you track project timelines and adjust as necessary.
- Liaising with external stakeholders: You’ll be the bridge between HG Infra and government bodies, contractors, consultants, and clients, ensuring that projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
- Resource allocation: Whether it’s manpower, materials, or equipment, you’ll ensure everything is in the right place at the right time to meet project goals.
- Tracking progress: You’ll monitor the status of ongoing projects, making sure they stay on schedule and within budget.
- Risk management: Anticipating potential challenges—whether technical, financial, or environmental—and coming up with solutions is a critical part of the role.
- Team leadership: You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams, bringing together the skills and expertise required to deliver outstanding results.
- Evaluating bids: You’ll assess vendor and subcontractor bids, ensuring they meet quality and cost requirements.

What We’re Looking For
If you have over 12 years of experience in the industry, with a background in civil engineering and strong skills in project management, we want to hear from you. Experience with Primavera or MS Project is a must, along with a proven track record in resource management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership.
